The Facilitators
Our school holds a great number of workforce which is made up of Academic and non-academic staff. We have a staff strength of about 50, 40 academic and 10 non academic; with our academic staff ranging from Masters Holders to BSC Holders to NCE Holders and even BA Mathematicians.
Three Head Teachers – Two academics and one non – academics oversee the affairs of the school. Being a standard school, our workforce is more than sufficient to run through our crèche to our primary classes.

Facilitators Training
Matilda Carol’s interactive approach also invests in the training of its teachers to aggressively understand the vision, mission, principles and the purpose of our custom designed interactive approach. The teachers are further trained on a one on one individualized approach that would enable them quickly and efficiently differentiate between children who are hyperactive, autistic and attention deficit. The ability to assist the slow learners in catching up with the fast learners is a must for our facilitators, understanding that different types of learners respond to different methods of teaching, hence leading to our interactive approach.
Our bold academic approach is not afraid to challenge the status quo. Our academic results are evident so we are certain that we must be doing it right. Our approach cultivates the ability to think outside the box with an expected outcome to mold creativity and invention.
